He’s got a face like a fist; if I punched him it’d be a fist bump

In terms of Mizore: the color scheme, the hair, some of the clothing design, and the sci-fi look of that case she is carrying has hints of Quorra from Tron Legacy.

Don't know if you've seen that movie but I have and I like it. Kind of a neat twist on her design. :)

SketchMeNot responds:

Aww thank you so much! Haven't seen Tron Legacy, but looking at Quorra, I definitely see a resemblance! How funny!

It was fun working on this piece and drawing Mizore in a more cyberpunk-inspired getup! (^w^)

I'd love to see a similarly themed follow-up based on Bert & Ernie.

"Bert: Ernie, how do I look?

Ernie: With your eyes, Bert..."

I like this drawing a lot!

She looks like Mizore Ito to the point where I mistook this drawing of Midori for her.

It's like if Mizore wore a colorful outfit and was possessed by a demon intending to draw you close to her before something terrible happens.

SketchMeNot responds:

Aww thanks so much man! Glad you like it! (>w<)

Haha, I knew it was only a matter of time before someone mentioned her looking like my girl Mizore hahaha xD

I realized as I was drawing Midori that she looks a lot like Mizore, and that makes a lot of sense because Midori was one of my biggest artistic inspirations for Mizore's design, particularly with the short black bob haircut, worried expression, and lipstick x)

This version of that creature is kind of cute up close but scary at a distance (i.e. the thumbnail image).

Tom Fulp should make this cannon.

Great game! If classic Wario looked like this, I’d buy multiple copies.

Nice to see a Wario World reference. That game doesn’t get enough love and attention.

Nice! Reminds me of the guy from Jet Grind Radio. :)

There’s some really clever character designs here. I especially like the guy with a hand for a head and the skeleton guy next to him who looks like a blue-collar Papyrus from Undertale.

I also like the “lived-in” feeling of the environment, like I’m a character who happens to drop in during the middle of a story I have nothing to do with. I’m not sure what it is yet but it’s compelling in a good anime-esque way.

I love your use of color here, the blue and red really pop at you but it’s got a realistic touch to the design.
